Means wants to clinch
and Skiter counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Skiter cracks Means with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Means is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Means is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!

Means is rocked!
Skiter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oh Means is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Skiter misses with a double jab.
Means seems to have got his legs back now.
Means darts in trying to clinch
and before Means has any time to reset, Skiter cracks him with a big right hand that drops him face first to the canvas! He's hurt! I don't think he's going to get back up from that one! He's trying but he's doing the chicken dance and has face planted into to ropes, causing the referee to bring this fight to an end! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Rodrick Skiter!
An out of breath Rodrick Skiter thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
