Al looks to throw the jab but Longhold is out of range.
Al comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The fighters circling - Longhold throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Longhold throws a jab but it's blocked by Al.
Longhold gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Al gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
