The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alston shoots in for a takedown but Eastwood shows good takedown defense.
Eastwood connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Andrae Alston has been cut.
Alston fails to land the takedown.
Alston changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eastwood tries to avoid it but Alston manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eastwood to the ground. Eastwood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Clint Eastwood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrae Alston.
Alston wants to clinch up but Eastwood keeps it at a distance.

Alston tries to score a power double leg takedown but Eastwood sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Alston somewhat.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Eastwood, as that shot connected.
Alston fails with an attempt to clinch.
Alston fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Eastwood manages to avoid it.

Oooooh!!! Eastwood has knocked Alston down with a huge combo! Eastwood steps away and waves a wobbly Alston back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Eastwood lands a brutal uppercut that launches Alston off his feet! Alston tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Sesay tries to close the distance and clinch but Solomon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Solomon tries to clinch up but Sesay circles away and keeps his distance.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bartosz Solomon.
