The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okami lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Peterson circles away quickly and effectively.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Okami manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Peterson tries to reverse the position but Okami maintains control.

Good leg kick by Repomies there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Repomies displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Crowe throws out the jab.

Crowe doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Repomies throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Repomies takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Repomies throws a right hand that Crowe ducks under and follows up with a left that Crowe also avoids with ease.
Repomies fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Crowe.
Repomies moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Crowe paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Repomies pushes Crowe up against the cage in a clinch.

A frustrated look appears on Crowe's face as he tries to break the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Repomies has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Crowe really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
