The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Martell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Martell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A bone on bone clash there as Pitbull blocks the leg kick.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Fayden has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Belmont cracks Fayden with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Belmont has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Fayden to stand back up!
Belmont lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
