The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre fails with a takedown attempt.
Stark stalks Pierre and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pierre's face. Pierre staggers backwards, shaken.
Horrible takedown by Pierre or perhaps it was just good defense by Stark which made him look bad.
Stark keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Damian Pierre has been cut.
Pierre will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Stark dances in with a quick combination. Pierre is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Stark snaps Pierre's head back. Pierre stumbles backwards against the cage. Stark steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Pierre's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Pierre just didn't come prepared.

Dock lands with a good body shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Makin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dock lands a nice shot to the body.
Dock throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Dock decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Dock thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Makin blocking the ground and pound attempt from Dock.

Makin looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Makin wants to control but Dock is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Dock works his way into side control.
Dock throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Dock wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Makin, who protects the arm well.
Dock trying to control the action but Makin is working from the bottom.
You can see the frustration on Makin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Makin tries to buck Dock off but Dock is having none of it.
Makin is working hard here to advance position.
Dock sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Makin is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Dock wants to lay and pray for a moment but Makin keeps working.

Makin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dock fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Makin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Dock scores with a sloppy right hand. Makin should have avoided that one.
Dock works the jab nicely.
Dock digs a good hook to Makin's body.
Dock misses with a body shot.
Makin misses with a combination
and Dock counters with a straight right hand.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dock scoring well with a low kick there.
Dock bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Makin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Makin is rocked!
Dock fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Oh Makin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dock lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Makin falls backwards - clearly groggy! Dock dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Murphy tries to clinch up but Nukke circles away and keeps his distance.
Nukke tries to bum rush Murphy with a series of wild strikes but Murphy uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nukke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Murphy's waist but Murphy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nukke off to one side.
Nukke misses with a takedown attempt - Murphy sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Nukke shoots in but no luck this time.
Derick Murphy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Malli Nukke.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Nukke shoots in looking for a takedown. Murphy tries to sprawl out of it but Nukke keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Murphy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nukke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Murphy's waist but Murphy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nukke off to one side.
Murphy wants to clinch.
Nukke looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Nukke tries to score a power double leg takedown but Murphy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nukke somewhat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Some bone on bone action there as Nukke checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Malli Nukke's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
