The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Libre stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Burton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Libre's waist but Libre gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Burton off to one side.
A looping hook to the body misses from Libre. Burton does a little dance to reset his feet.
Libre misses with a straight right.
Libre misses with a two punch combination.

Burton uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Libre.
Burton pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Burton takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Libre manages to break the clinch.

Libre cracks Burton with an uppercut from hell and Burton crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Libre's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

It looks like Shawn Burton has been cut.

Filipovic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dary tries to avoid it but Filipovic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dary to the ground. Dary escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Filipovic is trying desperately to land a takedown but Dary is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Filipovic.
