The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee moves out of range as Banks throws a body kick.
Lee throws a lazy right hand but Banks sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Banks misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Banks will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lee connects with a solid leg kick.
Banks throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Lee takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A jab lands there for Banks.
A head kick misses from Lee.

Lee gets a clinch.

Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Banks throws a head kick but Lee moves out of range.
Lee wants to clinch up but Banks keeps it at a distance.

Feti steps in with a hook that catches Atlason right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Feti follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Atlason looks absolutely devastated.

After the fight, Malietoa Feti was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
