Da Silva walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hume checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Da Silva lands a glancing blow to the side of Hume's head.
Da Silva chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hume can pounce on him.
That kick from Hume tenderised Da Silva's leg. Da Silva is trying to keep his angry face on.
Hume tries to clinch but Da Silva is having none of it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Da Silva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hume pinned against the cage. Hume gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sawyer Hume seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
