The Snake has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Obworth is really squeezing tight and eventually The Snake passes out! Obworth breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel scores with a spinning back kick!
Butikol throws a big shot that misses.
Butikol misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Butikol throws a sloppy head kick and Diesel moves out of range easily.
Diesel scores with a hook to the body. Butikol takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Diesel missing with a left hand there. Butikol was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Diesel throws a head kick but Butikol moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Butikol. Diesel does a little dance to reset his feet.
Butikol throws a lazy right hand but Diesel sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Butikol bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Diesel is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Vin Diesel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Diesel throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Butikol loads up on a big right hand but Diesel slips the punch.
Diesel tries to clinch there but Butikol circles away.
Diesel works Butikol's body with a nice hook.
Diesel looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Butikol looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Diesel pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Diesel lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Diesel throws a shot from downtown. Butikol moves away and avoids it.
Butikol scores with a jab to the jaw.
Butikol throws a right and a left that both miss.
Diesel throws an off balance right hand
and Butikol makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Butikol misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Diesel.

Butikol cracks Diesel with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Butikol has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Diesel to stand back up!

Diesel is rocked!

Diesel throws a jab but it's blocked by Butikol.
Diesel is still on wobbly legs! Can Butikol finish him?
Butikol drops Diesel with a straight right hand, right on the button! Butikol follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Enting Butikol!
