The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bader rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but West moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A punch lands to the side of West 's head but he takes it in his stride.
West throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bader counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Bader stuffs the takedown.
West scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like Alex Bader has been cut.

West clinches up with Bader and pushes him back against the cage.

West pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
West connects with a body shot.
West misses with a few strikes there.
West tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bader was well out of range. Poor timing from West.

West tries to bum rush Bader with a series of wild strikes but Bader uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

West changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bader tries to avoid it but West manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bader to the ground. Bader escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
