A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Trina.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Guy has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Guy lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Trina tries to clinch up but Guy pushes him back against the ropes and lands another monster strike that crumples Trina to the mat! Trina covers up and Guy unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
House stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and House wants it to stay on the feet.

Oooooh!!! House has knocked Ronny down with a huge combo! House steps away and waves a wobbly Ronny back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

House feints a jab and as Ronny dips his head, House unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Ronny right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Ronny falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the ropes! House smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Costa shoots in looking for a takedown. Mettler tries to sprawl out of it but Costa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Mettler manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mettler looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Costa fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mettler avoids it really well and circles away.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Mettler working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That was a close round but I would say that Andre Lavezzi will probably get the nod.
