Beristain shoots and misses

and Braxton counters by moving into the clinch.

Braxton has picked Beristain up - he's going for a ride! Braxton dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Braxton connects with a nice short shot to Beristain's temple.

Braxton takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Braxton is nestled in close to Beristain, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Braxton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Beristain. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Braxton postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Beristain on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Beristain doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Steel throws a lazy right hand but Guseinov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Guseinov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Steel to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Guseinov can't keep his opponent in guard - Steel advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guseinov tries to lock up and control but Steel gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Steel lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Guseinov is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Steel locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Guseinov is forced to tap!
