The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kastelum circles away from the clinch attempt.
Perez tries to clinch up but Kastelum circles away and keeps his distance.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Kastelum has eaten all the pies!
Kastelum walks forward, straight into a front kick from Perez.

Kastelum manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Perez on his heels. He'll look to pass Perez's guard now, I'm sure.
Perez is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Perez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kastelum on the ground.
Perez wants to stand and escape but Kastelum is having none of it.
Kastelum passes Perez's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Kastelum escapes and gets back to his feet.
Kastelum shoots in but Perez avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Boldero tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Boldero throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Boldero goes for a double leg but Collins avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Collins continues to drive forward.
Collins is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Boldero is defending well for now.

Collins tightens his grip and picks Boldero up, before dumping him to the ground. Boldero manages to land in guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Pania has closed the distance and engaged Antonsen in a clinch.

Vincent Pania seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
