The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Back checks a leg kick.

Silva throws a front kick aimed at Back's knee but Back avoids it well.
Silva jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Back throws a jab when Silva was well out of range.
Back thuds a left hand into Silva's body.
Silva scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Back doesn't seem bothered though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Silva wants to slow Back down by chopping away at his legs.

Silva tries to bum rush Back with a series of wild strikes but Back uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Silva lunges at Back with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Back's hand.

Silva scores with a sloppy right hand. Back should have avoided that one.
Back needs to keep his hands up - Silva had a free shot at his head there.

Back stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Silva.

Back with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Silva to score with a decent uppercut.

Back shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Back is rocked!
Silva passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Back!
Oh Back is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big strike lands for Silva! That's really hurt Back and he's turned his back - Silva keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Silva jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Victor Silva!
