The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zapata keeps the fight on the outside.
Harris darts in trying to clinch

and Zapata counters with a takedown into side control.
Harris is working to avoid the ground and pound but Zapata connects with a decent elbow.
Zapata cracks Harris with a big right hand but Harris just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Zapata is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Harris has escaped the position, nice work there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zapata lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Zapata might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Harris haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Zapata has hold of Harris's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Harris tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Zapata cranks the arm and Harris screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Harris, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falcon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fulton.
Fulton misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Falcon counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fulton's guard now.
