I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Johnny Lawrence was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


White comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

White got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ricardo Awa struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight.
