The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyons buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lyons tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Griever was well out of range. Poor timing from Lyons.
Griever lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Hannibal Lyons has been cut.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lyons is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Griever, as that shot connected.
Griever's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lyons connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Griever scrambles back to his feet.

Lyons displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Griever throws out the jab.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hannibal Lyons will probably get the nod.
