The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nog tries for a takedown but Silver sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Silver stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Silver wants it to stay on the feet.
Nog chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Silver can pounce on him.
We've been hearing reports that Nog has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nog.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior Nog. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nog takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Junior Nog has been cut.
Nog changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silver tries to avoid it but Nog manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silver to the ground. Silver escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Silver got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nog has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silver has managed to get both his arms back between Nog's legs - danger averted.

Bishop Jr shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Shraf manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Shraf has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Bishop Jr should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shraf has tightened it up now! Bishop Jr should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Filipovic throws a head kick that misses.

Condit rushes Filipovic and presses him up against the cage.
Filipovic wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Condit has him pressed against the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well Bergmann has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
