Breed trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Breed accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Breed wants to control from the top but Wade keeps moving.
Wade utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Wade working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Breed.
Breed wants to pass the guard but Wade is keeping the position.
Wade keeping moving, preventing Breed from controlling successfully.
Breed in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Breed changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wade tries to avoid it but Breed manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wade to the ground. Wade escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Breed shoots in and bounces Wade off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Breed throwing strikes but missing.
Wade being controlled here, momentarily.
Breed missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Breed postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Breed is looking to work some ground and pound but Wade has wrist control.
Wade is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Breed wants to control from the top but Wade keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Breed lands a nice shot that snaps Wade's head back.
Wade gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Breed shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Breed slips a nice elbow through Wade's hands, connecting with Wade's forehead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Asmodeus Breed dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Breed looks to land a strike but Wade avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wade preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Breed sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wade's guard.
Breed seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wade does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Breed performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Wade regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Breed.

Breed stands and throws Wade's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Breed working the ground and pound but Wade is defending the strikes.
Breed lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Wade down.
Wade is trying to get back to his feet.
Breed in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Breed wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wade, who protects the arm well.

Breed is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Wade knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Wade wants to get back to his feet but Breed drags him back down.
Breed scoring with punches from side control.
Breed working the ground and pound.
Breed tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Wade avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Breed.

Breed is working to tighten is grip on Wade's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wade has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Breed is really squeezing tight and eventually Wade passes out! Breed breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Sidney Stevenson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Stevenson throws out a loose jab but Prefix uses good head movement to avoid it.
Stevenson looks to land a right hand but Prefix moved out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Li is defended easily by Quagmire.

Li moves in looking to clinch but Quagmire pushes him off.
Quagmire pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Quagmire thuds his right hand into Li's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Li fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Quagmire avoids it really well and circles away.
A punch lands to the side of Li 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Brian Li's cut is getting worse.
Li tries to score a power double leg takedown but Quagmire sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Li somewhat.
Li shoots in looking for a takedown. Quagmire tries to sprawl out of it but Li keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Quagmire manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Quagmire misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Quagmire drops Li with a beautiful combination! Li stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Quagmire is looking for the KO!
Li is breathing heavily.

Quagmire lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Li can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Quagmire and Li drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Quagmire.
