The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mallon misses with a double jab.
Mallon lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Fitzpatrick lands with a right hand.
Mallon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick misses with a takedown attempt - Mallon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mallon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Mallon dives in looking to finish as Fitzpatrick flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Mallon's strikes! Mallon is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Fitzpatrick's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Fitzpatrick was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Slevin tries to land knees in the clinch but Mika avoids the damage to the body.
A nice left hand lands by Mika.

Stockton moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

It looks like Kyle Astori has been cut.
Stockton avoids the head kick by Astori.
Astori throws a jab but it's blocked by Stockton.
Stockton works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Astori tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stockton paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Astori looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Stockton bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Astori's head.
Stockton tries a head kick but it misses.
Astori tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Stockton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Stockton feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Astori sprawling to the canvas! Astori rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Stockton finish him?!

Astori is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Astori glances at the clock... BAM! Stockton nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Astori crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Astori is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Headed tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Browne manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Browne gets tackled into the cage by Headed. Headed maintains the clinch.

Headed's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Headed, right into the meat.
Headed steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Browne.
Headed scores with a push kick.
Headed drops his hands momentarily and Browne takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Headed throws a head kick that misses.
Decent striking displayed by Browne there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Headed takes one to the side of the head.
Headed throws the kick towards the body but Browne avoids it.
Hard Headed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Browne drops Headed with a beautiful combination! Headed stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Browne is looking for the KO!

Hard Headed's cut is getting worse.
Browne batters Headed with a massive right followed by a huge left! Headed is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Browne lands a final crushing right hand to drop Headed to the mat with a gruesome thud! Browne is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!

Travis Browne tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
