Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Volk Kruth!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruth throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
George tries to counter with a takedown but Kruth is quick to defend against it.
George uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kruth.
George attempts a counter takedown but Kruth avoids it well and moves away.
Kruth on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kruth throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck George on the side of the head.
Kruth throws a right and a left that George avoids nicely.

George has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kruth is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from George's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

We've been hearing good reports from Complex's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
