Wrend thows a left - swing and a miss!
Wrend fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Wrend misses with a lunging right hand
and Ryu makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Wrend waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ryu.

and Ryu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A clash of legs there as Ryu blocks the low kick.

Wrend clinches with his opponent.
Wrend keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Ryu's efforts to push away.
Ryu wants to take the fight to the mat but Wrend manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wrend has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Gumball misses with a body kick.
Gumball punishes Foster's body with a nice straight punch.
Gumball fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
A shot to the liver by Foster. Beautiful body shot.
Gumball throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Foster sends Gumball crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Foster is motioning to the referee to let Gumball up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Larry Gumball has been cut.
Gumball is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Foster throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Foster drops Gumball with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gumball looks back up at him and smiles so Foster waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gumball is rocked!
Foster measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Gumball! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!

After the fight, Martin Foster was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Luikku lands a nice looking body shot.
Luikku seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Munster works Luikku's body with a nice hook.
Luikku throws a hook but Munster blocks it.
It seemed like Munster was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Luikku throws a lazy uppercut
and Munster counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Luikku thinking.
Luikku is breathing heavily.
Good shot there by Munster.

It looks like Kake Luikku has been cut.
Luikku takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Munster lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Luikku head around and knocks him out cold! Munster hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Theron throws out a counter right but Higgins avoids it with no problem.
Higgins throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
