The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Velasquez paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lewis closes the distance and clinches.
Velasquez has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lewis is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Velasquez is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Lewis can't fight it off and eventually Velasquez manages to take the fight to the floor. Lewis looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Icarus Rushes Cannon and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Cannon is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Icarus Piles on the pressure and Cannon crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alucard Darkim.
