The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balkon lands a jab to Kasady's midsection.
Balkon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kasady.
No joy there for Kasady, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Balkon throws a jab but it's blocked by Kasady.
Balkon fails to land with a series of punches.
Balkon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Balkon swinging wildly here.
Balkon has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Montreal Elite Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Kasady defending well as Balkon loads up on a big left hand.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chulainn drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Koning is trying to control the position but Chulainn postures up.
Chulainn working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Koning utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Koning escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chulainn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Chulainn throws an elbow that misses. Koning uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Chulainn's guard. Nice move by Koning!

Koning has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Chulainn should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Koning has tightened it up now! Chulainn should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
