The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mak throws a head kick that misses

and Shadow decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mak's guard.
Shadow keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Mak's head.

Shadow uses his free foot to push down on Mak's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Mak.
Shadow postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Mak bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Shadow and the fight is over!
