Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orion Contras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen My Life as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Helson Gracie was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Contras tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Contras closes the distance and clinches up with Gracie, looking for a takedown. Contras pushes Gracie against the cage but Gracie circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gracie misses with a takedown attempt - Contras sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

On his way into the cage it seems that Xavier Hardy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Xavier Hardy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Handle has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
