Faria feints a jab promting Mandoza to slip. Faria then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Mandoza slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Faria throws a right and a left that Mandoza avoids nicely.
Faria throws a nice looking combination but Mandoza bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Faria feints a jab promting Mandoza to slip. Faria then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Mandoza slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Faria lands a big head kick that sends Mandoza tumbling to the mat! Faria takes a step backwards and waves Mandoza back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Faria lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Mandoza crumples to the floor! Faria milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

He tries to recover but Greene pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sauk is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Lee closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Crowley tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Lee presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Crowley is holding on tight.

Lee is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Crowley can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Well Lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Neto Queiroz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Queiroz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Blackwell has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dillon Pittsenbarger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jones might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dmx Intro. Pittsenbarger has chosen Back Stabbers as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Horrible takedown attempt by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Pittsenbarger, which made it look bad.
Pittsenbarger throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pittsenbarger tests Jones's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Jones counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Pittsenbarger!
We've been hearing good reports from Jones's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Pittsenbarger is wriggling around but Jones manages to pass to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pittsenbarger doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pittsenbarger is trying to escape back to his feet but Jones uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Pittsenbarger is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jones is controlling him well.

Pittsenbarger tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
You get the feeling that Pittsenbarger really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Pittsenbarger tries to buck Jones off so he can stand up but Jones has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Pittsenbarger falls backwards, slamming Jones to the mat but Jones holds on tight! Pittsenbarger is forced to tap and this one is all over!
