With a record of 29 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leroy Goins!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pearse just misses with a punch to the body.
Pearse blocks a head kick by Goins.
Goins cracks Pearse with a good jab.
Goins looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Pearse was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Goins misses with a kick to the body
and Pearse counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Goins fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pearse avoids it really well and circles away.
Pearse looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pearse tries a low kick but Goins avoids it.
Pearse showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Goins.
Goins throws a right hand that Pearse ducks under and follows up with a left that Pearse also avoids with ease.
Pearse cracks Goins with a right hand to the side of the head.
Pearse lands with a shot to the body.
Pearse throws a head kick but Goins moves out of range.
Goins throws a half hearted mid kick.
Good leg kick by Pearse there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pearse feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Goins sprawling to the canvas! Goins rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Pearse finish him?!
Goins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pearse misses with the combination.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Goins is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Pearse just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Goins has gone limp and this one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Adamh Pearse!
After winning the bout, Adamh Pearse thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Lopez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Spyke counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Tony Lopez has been cut.
Spyke lands a nice shot that snaps Lopez's head back.
Lopez with a lazy takedown attempt
and Spyke counters with a huge left! Lopez is in big trouble! He's backing up but Spyke isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Lopez from any more damage. A dominating finish by Spyke!
