Vossler fails with the takedown

and Usyk counters with a right hand that sends Vossler tumbling to the canvas! Can Usyk finish him? He dives into Vossler's guard looking to do just that!

It looks like Nero Vossler has been cut.

Usyk decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Oh Vossler is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Usyk has cracked Vossler with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Usyk lands another huge swinging hook and Vossler tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Vossler, before Usyk can land any more shots!

Hollywood really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gajtkowski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pandava lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Jeleniuk head around and knocks him out cold! Pandava hops onto the ropes and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Leijonen is pressed up against the ropes. Bulger has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Leijonen down to the mat. Leijonen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Look low, kick high! Leijonen uses the oldest trick in the book to send Bulger tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Leijonen is absolutely delighted - when Bulger wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

Toni cracks MacMurrough with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkov moves forwards but Pedan connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Pedan throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Volkov stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Pedan follows into mount!

It looks like Viktor Volkov has been cut.
Volkov has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Volkov is trying to stand up.
Pedan content just to control the position here.
Volkov wants to hold on but Pedan pushes him away.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Pedan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Pedan stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Pedan tries to bum rush Volkov with a series of wild strikes but Volkov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pedan feints a jab promting Volkov to slip. Pedan then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Volkov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Pedan fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Volkov wants to clinch.

Volkov tries to keep at a distance but Pedan has taken the fight into the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Pedan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pedan cracks the inside of Volkov's front leg.
Pedan lands a leg kick that knocks Volkov off balance momentarily.
Pedan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Volkov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Volkov appears to be looking for a big counter.
Pedan dodges the punch combination from Volkov.

Pedan has taken the fight to the clinch.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
A nice right hand lands inside from Pedan.
Pedan gets through Volkov's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Volkov wants to clinch up but Pedan keeps it at a distance.

It looked like Volkov wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Volkov is looking to clinch.

Volkov stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Pedan.
Pedan throws a sloppy head kick and Volkov moves out of range easily.
Pedan keeps the fight on the outside.
Pedan has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Volkov throws a looping overhand right but Pedan ducks down to avoid it.
Pedan tests Volkov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Oh Volkov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Volkov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pedan cracks Volkov with a left hook right on the temple and Volkov goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Pedan lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Volkov is OK!

Davison is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Zilla has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Davison is looking to defend but Zilla has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Davison! Zilla pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Davison taps out and this one is all over!
