Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jax Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Whitby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Teller might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rise Against - Savior. Whitby comes into a darkened arena with his song building. You Suffer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Whitby fails in his attempt to clinch.
Teller fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Whitby avoids it really well and circles away.
Whitby wants to clinch up but Teller keeps it at a distance.
Teller slips a jab and a cross from Whitby.
Whitby stuffs the takedown.
Whitby rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Teller moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Whitby swings away with a leg kick that misses.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Teller is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Whitby has managed to escape the submission attempt.
