Gans closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kiapoity did well to prevent Gans getting side control.

Kiapoity has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gans can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kiapoity manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gans manages to get himself to full guard.

Kiapoity drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kiapoity jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Nichols tries to get into range but Dead steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Nichols! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Dead scores the big KO victory!
