Braxton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ryan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ryan connects with a crisp jab.
Ryan cracks a nice hook into Braxton's ribs.
A slapping body kick lands there for Braxton.
Braxton wants to slow Ryan down by chopping away at his legs.
Ryan takes a swing at Braxton's ribcage but misses.

Jack Ryan's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Ryan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Braxton throws a nice inside leg kick.
Braxton dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ryan. That did some damage!

Braxton will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Pounder is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silva is just riding it out for now. Pounder eventually gives up the hold.

Silva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pounder is fending him off so far but Silva persists. Nope, Pounder circles away and we're back to standing.

Jon Silva's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Silva looks to throw the jab but Pounder is out of range.

Pounder has gone for a leg lock! Silva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pounder's guard.

Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pounder swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pounder has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Silva is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Pounder.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
