That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Corkhill crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sandalio - the referee stops the clock and Corkhill gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sandalio. Corkhill manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Corkhill has been working on his balance at Midnight MMA, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Sandalio.

Corkhill closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sandalio quickly recovers to half guard.

Corkhill seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Sandalio is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dima Goldin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Kwang Soo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kwang Soo's choice of entrance music: Smells Like Teen Spirit. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
