The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ming throws a lazy right hand but Leonit sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Leonit slips a straight right by Ming.
It seemed like Leonit was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Ming tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Leonit manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Leonit misses with a wild combination.
Leonit shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Leonit blocks a jab.
As Ming backs off Leonit throws a huge counter combo but Ming manages to avoid it all.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
