The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid closes this distance looking for a takedown but Angel circles away.
Reid shoots in for a double leg but Angel sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Angel moves into range and clinches up with Reid.

Angel gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Reid regains guard.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Garcilazo has cracked Kanerva with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Garcilazo lands another huge swinging hook and Kanerva tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Kanerva, before Garcilazo can land any more shots!
