The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Massey.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pettis has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Pettis avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Massey misses the target.
Massey throws a combination. Pettis tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Pettis ducks right into an uppercut from Massey.
Pettis throws a lazy right hand but Massey sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Massey appears to be looking for a big counter.
Massey fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pettis looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Massey fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Pettis closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Massey counters with a crisp right that sends Pettis to the canvas! Massey follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist misses the jab.
Kade now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Fist fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kade on the side of the head.
Kade moves in looking to clinch but Fist pushes him off.
Kade attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Kade's coach down at Extreme MMA (7 Elites $250/week) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kade's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Fist tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kade was well out of range. Poor timing from Fist.
Fist misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kade tries to get into range but Fist steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Kade! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Fist scores the big KO victory!

Render really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Roberts lands a big right hook! Render looks hurt but is still standing! Roberts lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Render falls down and Roberts dives in with a huge hammer fist! Render's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Roberts runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

Wegorz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gracie postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Wegorz in real trouble here! The ref calls for Wegorz to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
