We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Thrax Ii tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rodriguez defends well and Thrax Ii ends up having to push Rodriguez into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
It looked like Rodriguez was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Thrax Ii.

It looked like Sin was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

We've been informed that Ramon has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Sin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sin lands with a kick to the ribs.
Sin throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Ramon misses with a looping left.
Ramon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Sin scores with a head kick. Ramon tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Sin gets in close and tags Ramon with a short punch that almost sends Ramon to the mat! Oh Ramon is in big trouble! He turns his back on Sin, trying to create some distance but Sin rushes him, striking wildly and Ramon goes down! The referee tackles Sin into the cage to end the fight! Sin is one violent man!
