Malkolm throws out a loose jab but Henderson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Malkolm misses with a hook. Henderson ducked under it nicely.
Henderson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Henderson throws the kick towards the body but Malkolm avoids it.
Henderson throws a right hand that Malkolm ducks under and follows up with a left that Malkolm also avoids with ease.

Henderson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Malkolm to the ground. Henderson is now in Malkolm's guard.
Henderson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Malkolm really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Malkolm is on top in guard.

Winnfield scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Lopez throws a sloppy head kick and Winnfield moves out of range easily.
Winnfield looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lopez is fending him off so far but Winnfield persists. Nope, Lopez circles away and we're back to standing.
Lopez goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Lopez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Winnfield drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lopez definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Winnfield does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Winnfield shoots in looking for a takedown. Lopez tries to sprawl out of it but Winnfield keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lopez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Silva, as that shot connected.

Oooooh!!! Silva has knocked Unchained down with a huge combo! Silva steps away and waves a wobbly Unchained back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Day lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Day lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Day fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Freitas on the side of the head.

Freitas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Day's guard.
Freitas is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Freitas tries to free his leg and advance position but Day is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Freitas looks winded!

Freitas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Day has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Freitas has managed to get both his arms back between Day's legs - danger averted.
Freitas wants to get up but he can't break Day's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Day looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Day is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Day has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Freitas should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Day has tightened it up now! Freitas should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
