King's entrance music is When I Die - Genocide(Jusuf Dzilic). A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

King looks for a takedown but Nikolaevich sprawls well.

King closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nikolaevich circles away.

Nikolaevich throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Zoran Miloshevich was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Small rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Miloshevich counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Small throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Miloshevich makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Miloshevich wants to clinch up but Small keeps it at a distance.

It looks like Dan Small has been cut.

I was talking to Small's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Small is pressed against the cage. Miloshevich pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Small! Two more big strikes from Miloshevich and Small crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!

Zoran Miloshevich decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Gracie is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dighead's half guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Gracie working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Gracie is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Gracie looks to land a strike but Dighead avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gracie accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Gracie wants to pass the guard but Dighead is keeping the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Curtis Dighead seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dighead feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gracies jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Dighead misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gracie misses with an uppercut.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gracie darts in looking for a takedown but Dighead gets double underhooks and turns Gracie into the cage.

and Dighead counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Gracie! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!

During a confident post fight interview, Curtis Dighead thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Sailor Gracie stepped up to the mic, saying 'Dimensionless, I shall return stronger than you can imagine.'.
