The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alito throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.

Lee drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Lee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Alito swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Alito uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Alito works the jab nicely.
Lee takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alito sizes up Lee with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Alito buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Alito cracks Lee with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Alito has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lee to stand back up!
