The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samvesu moves out of range of the body kick from Vieira.
Sloppy strikes from Vieira. Those never looked like landing.
And Samvesu tries to counter it with a takedown but Vieira pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Vieira is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

and Samvesu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Vieira's guard.

Berzevaco tries to land a leg kick but Napolitano saw it coming and moves away.
Napolitano lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Berzevaco backs up against the cage.
Napolitano swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Berzevaco buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A head kick from Napolitano lands but Berzevaco takes it in his stride.
Berzevaco throws a wild body kick that Napolitano sees coming a mile off.
Napolitano feints a jab promting Berzevaco to slip. Napolitano then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Berzevaco slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Napolitano lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Berzevaco shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Napolitano eats them both and turns towards Berzevaco to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Napolitano tries to bum rush Berzevaco with a series of wild strikes but Berzevaco uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Napolitano lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Berzevaco circles away quickly and effectively.
