Sakata drops down looking for a counter takedown but Turbo sprawls and moves away.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sakata enables Turbo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sakata manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Turbo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sakata has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Turbo has managed to get both his arms back between Sakata's legs - danger averted.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Turbo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Turbo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Turbo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Boner ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rat tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Three defends well and Rat ends up having to push Three into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Rat looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
