The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baco tries to land a front kick but Laya steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
And Laya tries to counter it with a takedown but Baco pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Baco definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Maximilian Mac Eoghain was interviewed post fight and said 'You didn't beat me! I beat myself, you were just the lucky one in the octagon at the time. I will destroy you! I demand a rematch! Métra M'Bolé get on it! Haha!'.
