The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forcover shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Halo as he jumps to the side.

Forcover shoots for a double leg takedown but Halo sprawls well. He's pushed Forcover's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Forcover crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Halo - the referee stops the clock and Forcover gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Halo. Forcover manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Funkyama lands with a cross.

Funkyama changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nix looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The strikes coming from Funkyama are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Funkyama tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Funkyama has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Funkyama is looking to take a break and control but Nix is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Zhandunka cracks Asashoryu on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Asashoryu falls backwards against the cage. Zhandunka follows up with more strikes that drop Asashoryu to his knees. Zhandunka keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Asashoryu! This one is all over!
