The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Klinkhammer drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Klinkhammer passes Turpa's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Klinkhammer slows the pace down in half guard.
Turpa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Klinkhammer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Klinkhammer's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Klinkhammer is nestled in close to Turpa, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

I think Batista Da Silva might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pride Theme. Almasy has chosen The Black Mages - Force Your Way as his entrance music. Seifer Almasy told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!
