Conan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kersikov thows a body kick. Conan tries to catch it but that hurt him.

It looked like Conan was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Kersikov.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Kersikov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kersikov thuds his right hand into Conan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Conan throws a hook to the side of Kersikov's head but Kersikov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kersikov has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kersikov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kersikov closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Conan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kersikov's head.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Edogawa Conan.
I think Conan has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
