Lupis throws a nice outside leg kick.
Lupis's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gunines under the eye.

Lupis lands a left and a right that send Gunines crashing to the mat, dazed. Lupis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Lupis walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gunines drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Lupis swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gunines's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

We've been told by Canon's head coaches at Madz **21 Elite coaches** that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Underwood tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Canon changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Underwood changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Canon tries to avoid it but Underwood manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Canon to the ground. Canon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lombard has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Eaton uses from the top position.

Green looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Shelby has a takedown stuffed.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Shelby might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Green has got the better of the exchanges.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
