Undercard bout

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Connery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Karalim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connery comes to the cage accompanied by Bond.. James Bond. Sean Connery had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Peter Karalim will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connery shoots for a double leg takedown but Karalim sprawls well. He's pushed Connery's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Karalim ducks under a wild hook from Connery.
Connery shoots in but Karalim avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Karalim sizes up Connery with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Connery with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Karalim to score with a decent uppercut.
Connery walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Karalim throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Connery.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Connery takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Karalim lands with a right that hurts Connery. Connery looks to clinch but Karalim throws a short knee that drops Connery. This one is all over!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Reardon slips a jab and a cross from Drulog.
Drulog lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Drulog's corner calls for a 1-2. Drulog obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Drulog shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Drulog walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Reardon lands a lovely overhand right.
Reardon misses with a wild body shot.
Reardon throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Drulog stumbling backwards into the cage! Drulog bounces back off the cage towards Reardon, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Reardon lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Reardon celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snowe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
