The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen misses with a double jab

and Mackaye holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Mackaye has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Allen is trying to keep an underhook but Mackaye manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Allen is looking to escape.
Mackaye thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Allen's head.
Mackaye working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mackaye connects with a nice short shot to Allen's temple.

Mackaye Throws a clean left jab. Mackaye Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Allen's chin! Allen crumbles to the ground and Mackaye follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Mackaye!

Olaf Frost decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
